Dears,
I would like go get an advice if possible. Me and my family are living in Serres, Greece.
We want to rent a hotel in Gotse Deltchev and to develop it with our own Greek company.
We want to prepare a contract with the owner for renting the hotel (for at least 5 years) and add all possible necessary additions (permission to sublease and use by another company, etc.). Our question is purely legal, is this possible? Can we work with our Greek company under foreign ownership or will be better to register a new company in Bulgaria? Will the hotel need to be recategorized? And what other documents and requirements will we have to cover?
Just to clarify that we are Albanian citizens but, we are living in Serres fot more than 10 years. Would that be a problem as well?
